Border, coastal and rural routes can take longer than delivery within a major city. Arrange holidays, ceremonies and distant municipalities in advance.

Coordinating hotels and workplaces

Use the reservation, company or department name and identify the receiving desk. Confirm hospital acceptance and provide the patient’s registered details.

What days of the week do you deliver flowers?

We deliver from Monday to Sunday.

What are your normal delivery hours?

Our local florists usually deliver between 08:00 and 21:00 in the recipient's time zone.

What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery?

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 04:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone. During peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Easter, the cutoff time may be earlier.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

You can request a preferred delivery time, but exact times cannot be guaranteed, as deliveries depend on florist routes and workload.
